Scope & acceptance These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made with Exotic Ceylonica (GK Ascentinc Pvt Ltd). By making a booking or using our services, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
Definitions – We/Us/Exotic Ceylonica – GK Ascentinc Pvt Ltd. – Client/Guest/You: person(s) receiving the services. – Supplier: hotels, transport providers, guides, or other activity operators engaged to fulfill bookings.
Bookings Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Exotic Ceylonica. The details in your booking confirmation (dates, services, passenger names) must be reviewed immediately. Any errors must be notified promptly.
Pricing & quotations Prices shown are based on current rates from suppliers and are valid at the time of quotation. All quotes are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices are typically quoted in USD; currency fluctuations, supplier surcharges, or government taxes may change final pricing.
Payment terms Deposit and balance terms are detailed in our Reservation Policy. Payments must be made to GK Ascentinc Pvt Ltd (Company Reg. No PV00305234) only. Booking acceptance is subject to cleared payment.
Amendments & cancellations Any amendment or cancellation must be made in writing and may be subject to fees. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines applicable charges.
Third-party services We arrange services provided by third-party suppliers. While we select reputable partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures. Where suppliers breach their obligations, our liability is limited to the remedies available from those suppliers.
Force majeure We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, travel restrictions). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives but reserve the right to modify or cancel services.
Health, documentation & insurance Clients must possess valid passports, visas, and travel insurance covering medical evacuation, cancellation, and personal effects. We are not responsible for passengers who fail to obtain necessary travel documents or insurance.
Conduct & liability Guests must comply with laws and supplier rules. Exotic Ceylonica reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose behaviour is detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of others; in such cases no refunds will be provided.
Limitation of liability Except where prohibited by law, our liability for loss, damage, or injury is limited to the amount paid for the affected services. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Governing law & jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts, unless otherwise agreed.
Amendments to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified on our website.
